Administrative
You are responsible for all utilities, including water/sewer/trash and electric.
We set up the water account on your behalf while you set up your electric account at dominionenergy.com. The Ridgewood by Windsor has both a Cox and Verizon representative that you can contact directly to set up services.
You have the option of Cox Communications or Verizon Fios for your phone, cable, and internet service at The Ridgewood by Windsor.
Although personal checks and money orders are accepted forms of payment, the most convenient way to pay your rent is online through our Resident Portal. You may submit one-time payments or set up recurring rent payments via a checking account or credit card! Service fees may apply with a credit card payment.
We do require that you maintain a minimum coverage of $100,000 in liability insurance. You may choose the provider of your choice. Windsor has partnered with Assurant.
Amenities

All residents have the luxury of garage parking. The first vehicle is free and there is a fee for each additional vehicle, you can select reserved or non-reserved. Please visit our Deposits and Fees page on the website for more information.
The pool season is from Memorial Day to Labor Day, seven days a week between 11:00 am and 8:00 pm. The pools are operated by licensed lifeguards.
Location
There is a Washington Metrobus and the Fairfax Connector local buses that are within a few steps from our community.
The Vienna/Fairfax - GMU station, off the orange line, is a quick drive from the community.
Maintenance
You may visit the office during business hours to be let back into your apartment. If you should find yourself locked out after hours, you may contact the emergency maintenance number at (866) 964-9295. (Identification may be required for entry and a fee may be billed to your account for after hour lock-outs.)
You do not need to be present for our maintenance technicians to perform work in your apartment home.
You may submit a service request through our convenient online Resident Portal or by calling the office directly at (703) 383-3996. If you should need immediate assistance, call the 24-hr maintenance phone number dedicated for emergency maintenance at (866) 964-9295.
